Where do I go first with my child?
Children ages 2 ½ through 4th Grade attend the first part of the worship gathering with their families.
The children are dismissed for Sunday School during the announcements and go to their classes with their teachers. Feel free to accompany your child/children to Sunday School or keep your child/children with you in the worship gathering. Crayons and coloring pages are available for children during the worship gathering. They are located at the sound/multimedia table in the back of the Lecture Hall.
Nursery care is available 9:45-11:30 a.m. for children ages 6 weeks-2 ½ years.
Parents may bring their younger children to the nursery before the service, or when the older children are dismissed. Parents may also keep their children with them for the entire worship gathering.
Sunday School classes
Big, Big, God
Preschool Sunday School – ages 2 ½-K4
Fun Bible adventures for our little ones all aimed at teaching them about God’s awesome power and love. Plenty of unstructured play time will be included as well as songs, stories, and crafts.
Elementary Sunday School – K5 through 4th grade –
This energetic curriculum has our kids using the Bible every week, but not in ways you might think. In this team-based class children will read, do experiments, perform skits, pray, worship, and play games! Memorization not required!
Pre-teen Sunday School!- 5th, 6th, and 7th Graders
Lessons will cover faith foundations such as God, Jesus, and the church but will also explore a topic of utmost importance to pre-teens--getting along with family, and friends. Our pre-teens are in need of one or two teachers who enjoy working with 5th, 6th, and 7th graders. Lessons are fun, interesting, and presented in an easy-to-teach format. Please call or talk to Carrie Porter, (414) 228-9738, for more information. Training will be provided.
